An in-house Automated Injection Molding, Tool Room, Paint Shop, Heat Treatment Plant, Packaging Section forms an integral part of our state-of-the-art facility.

We are immensely focused on continuous improvement in our manufacturing process and thus in the production line by Using the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) Cycle, Our R&D department is constantly working to enhance product quality & product range.
AUTOMATED INJECTION MOULDING
We are equipped with a wide range of modern Indian & imported injection molding machines in the various capacity that offers outstanding precision, high quality, dynamic responses and the fastest cycle times to cater the various needs of the industry.
PAINT SECTION
We have top of a line paint shop equipped with high-quality paint booths & a finishing environment with an exclusively dedicated team that uses original shades to deliver the best OE Finish.
QUALITY TEST & TOOL ROOM
We have a fully equipped department with the latest machines to check numerous parameters of manufactured products as per the required OE quality standards.
PACKAGING SECTION
We have a segregated section for packing the final products. Each piece has to pass through multiple stringent quality checks before it is packed in standard boxes & cartons for dispatch.
